Seven years ago, Indiana’s chefs, wine and beer producers, and local food advocates, set out to create a food festival that would feature the best food, music, and culture that Indiana has to offer. Their vision became a reality and Taste of Indiana was born. Since then, it has become a favorite summertime event among Hoosiers from all over the state.
Most people associate Dig IN with our signature event, Taste of Indiana, but we offer classes, tastings, tours, and education year-round. Taste of Indiana has introduced hundreds of chefs to farmers located here in Indiana to help them source their ingredients locally. Full Hand Farm is just one success story of an Indiana farmer that works with local restaurants to supply fresh, locally grown produce.
Help us support our chefs and producers from across the state to ensure that our farm to table legacy continues in the years to come. Indiana is an agricultural state, ranked 10th in the nation in terms of production.
Working together with Hoosier farms of all sizes and varieties, agriculture associations, community organizations, and you (the consumer), we can create a new future of Hoosier food. Any amount you can give helps provide the necessary support to maintain our programs and educational series.
